WHAT IS A COLD BREW
Unlike Espresso, Theka Coffee is brewed with cold water rather than a hot one. The steeping process of grounded coffee is also long, which lasts between 12 and 36 hours.
When compared with a hot brew, cold brew is low in acidity and high in caffeine which gives you the best of the coffee beans.
WE BREW IT FRESH
We roast our beans in small batches 7 days prior to consumption.
PREMIUM AND LOCAL
We use 100% Arabica coffee beans sourced from our local farmers.
